We retain your information for as long as required by law or necessary to provide our services. Financial advice records are generally retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not disclose your information overseas unless you have been informed and consented, or where required by law.

If we collect sensitive information (such as health information for insurance advice), we will only do so with your consent and where it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. 6. Tax File Numbers

We are authorised to collect your tax file number (TFN) under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, Taxation Administration Act 1953, Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and/or Income Tax Assessment Act 1936. We collect your TFN solely to act on your behalf in the conduct of your tax, superannuation or financial affairs. You are not obliged to provide your TFN, however if you do not, we may not be able to provide all of our services.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request that inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information be corrected. To make a request, please contact us using the details below.

We will respond to access and correction requests within a reasonable timeframe. In some cases we may need to verify your identity before providing access.
